REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
- Refund Application
We are committed to providing you with quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you purchased, we provide a refund service within a certain period of time. You can submit a refund application within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that refund applications are only applicable to unused and original packaging goods. - Refund Conditions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
● The goods have been used or are not in the original packaging;
● Customized or special order goods;
● Discounted goods or goods in promotional activities;
● Gift cards or e-vouchers.
● - Refund Process
- Apply for a refund: Please contact us by email at richardmcmillon@curveappealfashionshop.com and provide the order number, product name and reason for the refund.
- Return of goods: We will provide a return address after receiving the refund application. Please send the goods and original packaging together.
- Product inspection: After we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them to confirm that their status meets the refund conditions.
- Processing Refunds: For orders that meet the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days after inspection. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping and Fees
The shipping costs incurred during the refund process are borne by the customer. The original shipping costs are not refundable unless we sent the wrong item or the item is damaged.
