  5. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on our partner carrier’s website.
  6. Undelivered or Lost Packages
    If your package is not delivered within the expected time, please first check the status of your package through the tracking number. If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with further investigation.
  7. Modifying the Shipping Address
    If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible before the order is processed. We will try our best to change the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee that all modifications will be successful.
